Park Day this week took us to Paul Ream park in Provo again. The kids enjoyed exploring and building campfires, though were disappointed that they couldn't light them. Later in the day I took my kids to the Dinosaur museum at Thanksgiving Point. It was $2 Tuesday, and worked out to be a pretty fun trip. It was crowded, but the kids still got to participate in all the activities. I took them out to eat afterwards, because I'm fun like that, and I was craving some chips and salsa.
The best part of the week was going out for my Anniversary. Gabe and I headed to Salt Lake for an overnight get a way. I checked my records and it has been 4 years since we have left the kids. We definitely need to get out more. We walked around downtown, visiting Temple Square where we watched the Joseph Smith The Prophet of the Restoration movie, which I highly recommend. We found a fun restaurant at the Gateway, and swam at our Hotel.
