I admit I'm a Jane Austen fan. I'm also a list maker. A while ago I made a list of all the Jane Austen movies and marked the ones I had seen. Last night I enjoyed a new to me version of "Pride and Prejudice." It was the 1940 Hollywood version. It was a treat, I especially loved the dresses. It was totally Jane Austen meets Gone with the Wind (and that is because the costumes were recycled, just read that tidbit on google). Anyway, the story was good (duh, classic story though they did take some liberties), the acting great and the actors beautiful. It was a great way to spend a couple hours.

I love Jane Austin too! Although I haven't read all her stuff. Yet. Someday.
Since when do you have a couple of hours?
Next time, let's make it a girls couple of hours. I could use 'em.
I love those movies, too!
