Mormon Messages: Why Mormons Build Temples

Here is another great video from "Mormon Messages."

Yesterday, the family went to visit the Draper UT temple. Most of us had great time. I say most of us because GT#1 got sick at the green church and spent an hour in the restroom. Gabe stayed with him as I took the other children to the open house.

I loved seeing GT's #2 and #3 taking in the beauty therein. GT#2 was especially excited. GT #3 enjoyed walking from room to room and pointing out the corresponding picture from the pamphlets they gave us. The tour provided a great opportunity for me to share my feelings with two of my children.

On the way to and from the temple GT#1 asked us questions like, "What is more important going to church or going to the temple?" and "Is the temple Heavenly Fathers house, and the church Jesus' house?" I was grateful for the opportunity to talk with all of my children about why we have temples and the blessing they can be in our lives.
