Now, I can only watch these ads because there is NO WAY I would ever buy anything, and I never have. Today I really wanted to though. I guess it was the appeal of losing up to 10 lbs in 10 days (notice they say "up to" 10 lbs, so even if I only lose 1 they aren't advertising falsely). Maybe that the product didn't seem too gimmicky, but really like a good hard workout. Or maybe it was my frustration of having my pregnancy lbs still present after nearly a year of no pregnancy. Despite the appeal of the free express shipping upgrade, that one easy payment would be cut off, and the free exercise bands that would be thrown in, I didn't buy it. I would LOVE to try it though, so if anyone has it, can I borrow it?
I bet that if I had extra money lying around that I would buy a lot of exercise products off the TV. If I'm ever rich I'll invite everyone over to get skinny fast with me. In the meantime I'll keep pounding the treadmill. (I should also lay off the Breyers).

At least the Breyer's come in smaller packages now! I'm starting an exercise contest with my sisters soon (from 9-2 to 12-31). We'll see how that plays out!
Em I watched one that was salsa dancing. I really wanted to get it. I even wrote down the name of it in my calendar so when Im trying to lose baby fat I could get it then. I think it was "core rythms". I loved this post. (who's giving to you for Christmas?)

K so I gave in Emily, and I have the video. It is a great work out. If you'd like to borrow it, I'd love it and you can tell me what you think. One thing that bugged though....I DID NOT LOOSE 10 lbs, but I didn't do it a full month either. And when I called they tried to sell me vitamins and enhancers etc to make it really work. That bugged too. But the workout itself on the video is fun and works ya good.
Just to make you feel better, I've bought several that say lose 10lbs. in 10 days. Needless to say, I'm still waiting to lose the 10 lbs.

i bought this dvd and i love it. it is a good workout and fun too.
if you are committed you can lose weight doing this workout.
