On Monday we swam at my SIL's pool. Imagine a picture of me trying to enjoy myself in a deep pool with 4 small kids. On Tuesday, our park day took us to the Lindon City Park. The kids played on the bleachers, ate each others lunches, and managed to get soaked in the drinking fountain.
On Friday, we had a great time at the Freedom Festival activities downtown. The kids had a ball at the craft tent. Enjoyed the bouncy slides and Colonial America exhibit. They also loved digging in the giant sandbox and sitting in the army truck. The highlight this year though was the reptile show. They loved it, and quoted it verbatim to Gabe as we drove to our friends house later that evening.

Who could resist a picture with these guys?

We celebrated the 4th with food, family, fun and fireworks. Sound familiar? I also ran in the Freedom Festival 5K with my dad. I use the word "ran" loosely. I love that race, such a great way to start off the morning, so thanks Andy for letting me be you this year.
Here are some pics from the 4th (more to be added when they become available-Dad,KT,Dana):

Looks like a lot of fun!! And I had no idea you ran the 5k, pregnant and all! What an inspiration!! Good for you!! We've had the cousins down from Oregon since the end of June, they'll be here for a few more weeks, plus we have the trip to WA this week, when we get back and things settle down, we should hit a park, or go bowling with the kids?
