Good Day!

We had a nice day participating in Ben's baptism.  He and his cousin Anna Belle were baptized together.  Grandma Gunderson and I gave talks, Aunt Bonnie played the piano, Jacob led the music, Grandpa Baugh and Anna Belle's aunt Marla said prayers.  Uncle Matt and Grandpa Baugh were witnesses.

I hope Ben will remember how good he felt this day, and will work his whole life to feel happiness and peace.  I hope I can remember the good feelings I had as I saw my son and husband together.  I can't properly express in this forum how I felt, but the words to describe it include peace, gratitude, love & great faith.  I'm also thankful for family who surrounded my son (Uncles Jason, Chad, Jordan, Luke, Aaron, Zach & Matt and Grandpa Baugh).  It wasn't a perfect day logistically, but the important things, the baptism and confirmation, were.
