We were out and about one day when GT#4 said, "Take a picture of us and send it to Dad!" Who am I to refuse these cute requests? Plus it makes sitting in the toy I refuse to put money in more fun.

Good Thing #3 received a cardboard play house for Christmas. Sadly, it did not last long. I wanted to document his cute writing though before I trashed it.

This house is affectionately called the "Princess Castle" by my two youngest (GT#5 is a notorious copy cat). My kids always want me to drive by it, but it calls for an unnecessary left hand turn to do so, so I rarely do. Anyway, the other day I drove past the house (because I can be nice), and Good Thing #4 said, "I don't think that is really a princess castle. I think it is just a regular house. We are going to have to knock on the door and see who answers."

ah, I love the handwriting on the cardboard house! And that real house is Allie Finkle's house (from the meg cabot books). My family is pretty sure fictional Allie lives there...
