We visited GT #1's 3rd grade book fair. He reported on the exciting classic, Godzilla a Junior Novelization. What? You've never heard of it? You didn't miss much, trust me.

The kids enjoyed some nice weather and a fully fenced yard (thanks to my parents).
We attended GT #1's Spelling Bee. He made it through quite a few rounds, but got out on the word, "giant." He did a lot better than I did in my own elementary spelling bee when I got out on "edition." I remember falling apart and crying in the arms of my principal. What a memory, and I haven't misspelled it since. GT #1 took it like a man. I was proud of him.

We enjoyed a family outing to see an art show in SLC. The kids were mostly well behaved and we only had to shield their eyes from one entry.
Gabe came through again, this time in the form of a tank for GT#3's Kindy 500.
And, finally GT #2 participated in his 2nd grade Fine Arts night as Grumpy (not type cast) in a Snow White skit. I didn't attend, but when I checked in with my mom who went in my place she said, "You owe me big time." I guess it wasn't the best of programs. Next time I'll send her to the soccer game instead.
