Way back when I was a missionary in Hawaii I use to drink these ALL the time. I admit my memory might be skewed but I'm pretty sure I remember being offered these drinks while tracting (my kids were amazed to hear that even people that didn't want to hear about the gospel would give them to us), having them with members at meal times, and at appointments with investigators.
We finally drank them today. They were just as I remembered; sugary goodness.
