Week 4: Summer Fun

The big boys had their final swim lessons this week. I know they had fun and I think they actually learned a little bit. Poor Good Thing #3 though did not like sitting through 8+ hours of lessons over the past 4 weeks.

On Thursday the big boys got to work with Gabe. This is the second time Good Thing #1 has participated in "Take your kid to work day" at DirectPointe, so he was the expert telling Good Thing #2 what to expect. I think they both had a good time. While Gabe was teaching the big boys how to earn money, the little kids and I went out to eat (and spend money) with Grandma Baugh. She and I both commented on what a delightful child Good Thing #3 can be when not influenced (and bugged) by his older brothers.

The fun didn't end then...on Friday night we had a get-together with the mighty Poulsen family at Mutual Dell. A fun time was had by all; GT#3 loved climbing and GT's #1 and #2, exploring. Of course millions of toy prizes from Grandma Gunderson help, too. One picture is GT#1 getting in trouble from the caretaker. Trust me Mr Caretaker, we are working on it.

On Saturday we played at Seven Peaks for a couple of hours. Thanks to DirectPointe for sponsoring a family fun event for their employees.

I love the scowl that Ben is giving the camera. "I've had enough, get me out of here!!"
